FloodArk Inc. uses the following subprocessors to deliver the service. Each subprocessor processes personal information on our documented instructions only, acts as a service provider under Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140(ag), and is bound by contractual privacy obligations. We do not sell or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.
We commit to updating this list whenever we add, remove, or change a subprocessor. Material changes — the addition of a new subprocessor that processes personal information, or a change to the category of processing — are surfaced inside the FloodArk app at least 30 days before they take effect.
